Returns and refunds at Fascino Body Care.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact hello@fascinobodycare.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
